Sophia + Tom // A Classy Fairmont Wedding

Sophia and Tom had such a relaxed and lovely wedding day in San Francisco, and it was a true celebration of their relationship in every way. Full of laughter, good food, flowing drinks, and dancing, this day couldn’t reflect these two any more perfectly.

We met the bridal party in the gorgeous and historic Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco to photograph the last hour of wedding preparation.  Once the couple was ready, they headed down to the rooftop garden for their formal portraits and first look. Tom’s expression when he saw his bride for the first time was so tender and full of love, and it brought the biggest smile to Sophia’s face. They hugged and kissed, and we took photos in the surrounding greenery before moving inside to the grand staircase.

Their ceremony at the Fairmont was so lovely, with a kind old friend acting as their officiant—gentle advice was given, tears were shed, and Sophia and Tom walked back down the aisle hand-in-hand, exuberant to be married at last. This feeling carried on for the rest of the evening, touching every person in attendance with the contagious joy.
