Pre-Wedding Portraits in Connemara

S&W-149.jpg

It's not very often that I share photos that weren't taken by myself on my blog, but I'm too in love with these photos not to share them. <3

Many of you reading know that I got married this September in Ireland to the love of my heart, Sid. We chose Ireland because it's where we first fell for each other, and Connemara National Park was one of the first places we visited as a couple. We knew we wouldn't have time to visit this place on the day of our wedding, so we decided to take some pre-wedding portraits there with our photographers the day before.

The day couldn't have been more beautiful, and we felt so lucky to be surrounded by so much beauty. Connemara is one of the most stunning places I've ever seen, with mountains all around, sheep grazing wherever you look, and, as if it couldn't be more amazing, it contains the only Fjord in Ireland--Killary Fjord. I'm so glad we decided to take photos here in our wedding attire.

Our photographer (and videographer of course) Sam and Josh Arroyo, traveled all the way from our own home state of California to capture our wedding weekend for us, and I will be forever grateful that the did. We will cherish the memories and beauty they captured here with us for the rest of our lives, and they will certainly be adorning every wall of our home.

Thank you, Sam, for these photos, and I can't wait to share the wedding day photos once we receive them! For now, press play, and enjoy the following photos:
